Risklick is a leading AI software company based in Switzerland, specializing in advanced solutions for clinical trial protocol development with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, clinical trial experts, and software development specialists.
Our flagship product, Protocol AI, leverages artificial intelligence to empower clinical experts to design evidence-based clinical trial protocols, optimize study design, and generate high-quality protocols in a fraction of the time. We are transforming how clinical trial protocols are designed, written, and managed—enabling biopharma companies to develop truly digital, data-driven protocols for the future.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to support and execute our growth initiatives.
The role includes following up on generated leads to converting them into customers, maintaining ongoing communication with prospects, and supporting the execution of the company’s marketing strategy. The Business Developer will identify and evaluate suitable industry conferences and B2B events, plan and coordinate the company’s participation, and prepare the required sales and marketing materials.
In addition, the role involves managing CRM activities, conducting market and lead research, supporting B2B client engagement, and handling administrative tasks related to business development.
Responsibilities & Required Skills:
- Follow up consistently on all leads, schedule and support product demos, and ensure timely pipeline management.
- Maintain and optimize CRM processes (HubSpot preferred) to track leads and monitor performance.
- Support the creation of buyer personas, target market strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Industry events, conferences, and seminars to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to define growth plans and support strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong B2B communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail; familiarity with consultative selling and long sales cycles is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, HealthTech, or Clinical Trials is considered a bonus.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields is considered a plus.
Foreign languages: Fluent English is required, B2 / C1 preferred.
