About the role
We are looking for a QA / n8n Specialist with a strong QA mindset to bring structure and quality into our processes.
This role combines quality assurance with workflow automation, where you will work on maintaining and improving integrations between systems.
You will play a key role in ensuring reliability, accuracy, and smooth data flow across multiple partner integrations.
You will be up to:
- Take ownership of quality assurance processes within the team
- Perform manual testing and support existing automated testing
- Maintain and lead the development of n8n workflows for data integrations
- Manage workflows between HubSpot and external partners
- Monitor data flows and ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify issues and proactively improve system performance
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders
- Actively communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners, including non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong QA mindset (manual + automation basics)
- Experience with API testing and data validation
- Good understanding of data flows and integrations
- High attention to detail and structured way of working
- Proven n8n experience and capability to lead workflow automation initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools
- Background in workflow automation or integration platforms
- Experience with SQL or data handling
Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related field is considered a plus
Foreign languages:
Fluent English (daily communication with the client)
